- 1 x 60-90 minute Planning Session via zoom. In this session, we work together and take a deep dive to help you map out your vision and goals then create a plan for your 12 weeks and of course beyond. This program needs to work for you so we ensure that this package is unique and one for you.

- 11 x 30 minute, 1on1 online consultations. These sessions may cover off different topics depending on where your goals lie. We will review the week prior, take out all the positive learning and map out a plan of attack for the week ahead. If something doesn't work we don't want to leave it there, we change it up and keep working with you to get RESULTS! Some week you may also have a little bit of extra tasks to complete.

- Movement Program. Not everyone is a fan of the gym, lifting weights or doing classes. We work with you to find sufficient amounts of movement that you actually enjoy and that makes you feel great BUT also gets you to your goals. This is also reviewed again during your 12 weeks as your fitness grows.
